WILLIAM HIMMELSTEIN

William “Bill” Himmelstein graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a BSBA in marketing and management and a minor in psychology. He started the Tenant Advisory Group, LLC, in July 2008 after gaining experience at several of the major commercial real estate firms in Chicago. Bill has been a tenant representative broker for over 15 years, focusing his efforts on working with professional service firms and private practice physicians. He is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and a Managing Broker. Bill is often described as being extremely honest. He acts with a high level of integrity, accountability, responsiveness and determination in achieving the best possible deal terms for all of his clients.

 

Fun facts: The smartest thing he has ever done, according to Bill, was to marry his wife, Diana who was a neuroscientist when they met. They welcomed their first son in January 2013 and their second in February 2016!

TINA CRNKOVICH
TINA CRNKOVICH

Tina Crnkovich grew up in Northwest Indiana and graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design and Technology and a minor in Art and Design. After a brief stint in the fashion design industry in Los Angeles, Tina took a role at a commercial real estate firm in Chicago. She discovered her passion for the industry, and after a few months, she got her her Real Estate Broker’s License.

Tina is an outgoing and hardworking professional. Her love for design drives her passion for exploring and learning about the rich history of Chicago’s architecture, which, coincidentally, is what drew her to office leasing.

Fun Fact: As a creative outlet, Tina started a women’s swimwear line a few years ago and is currently the sole owner and designer.

DIANA HIMMELSTEIN
DIANA HIMMELSTEIN

Dr. Diana Himmelstein was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She graduated from Bucknell University with a dual degree in Biology and Psychology and subsequently earned a PhD in Neuroscience from Northwestern University. While science will always be one of Diana’s passions, her eagerness to translate her analytical skills into developing better business strategies and enhancing the client experience led her to join TAG in 2014 as the Director of Operations. Diana is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Illinois. In addition to overseeing daily operations, she works closely with clients to facilitate optimal lease negotiations.

Fun Fact: Diana helped develop an antibody that might be the next target for an Alzheimer’s vaccine.

MAGDALENA PONSORT
MAGDALENA PONSORT

Magdalena Ponsort, a native of Paris, France, graduated from Paris X with a B.A. in Anthropology. After moving to Chicago 5 years ago, Magdalena established a successful career as a French language and culture consultant. She has also worked as an event coordinator with some of the world’s most prominent chefs. Her interest in real estate and skill in social media marketing and networking attracted her to work with the TAG team.

 

Fun fact: when she was a student, Magdalena worked at Disneyland Paris as various Disney characters such as Mrs. Incredible and Pluto.

HANNA HAMPTON
HANNA HAMPTON

Hanna Hampton, a Chicago native raised in Glenview, is currently studying Marketing Professional Sales at Illinois State University and plans to graduate in spring of 2018. In addition to her degree, she is also pursuing her real estate license. Hanna’s interest in marketing and real estate helped her become a part of the Tenant Advisory Group team as an intern.

Hanna enjoys all types of music except for opera and jazz. Her favorite food is steak and she can eat a full 16 ounce steak by herself (more than once). She loves traveling to the Virgin Islands and hopes to one day visit Germany. Hanna loves to spend her spare time on the golf course.

LISA KALOUS

Lisa’s expertise, accountability and integrity stood out to us when searching for an affiliate that could best meet the needs of our clients. Lisa is highly skilled in the buying and selling processes of residential real estate. She is known to go above and beyond for her clients because the details matter! Lisa’s honesty, transparency, persistency, follow through and client dedication all align with TAG’s values.

Prior to her career in real estate, Lisa was the Director of Business Development for a mid-sized insurance brokerage which was a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc (MMC). Lisa earned her Bachelor’s degree in finance with a focus in real estate and her Master’s in Business Administration. This experience laid the groundwork for her career in real estate.

Lisa Kalous holds her license with Dream Town Realty.  

Lisa is down to earth and someone you can easily connect with. When she isn’t helping others buy or sell a home, she spends her time with her friends and young family in her Lincoln Park neighborhood. She loves a good laugh, quiet time, and going on food, home, neighborhood and park tours with her husband and three kids!  

BELINDA BAUER
BELINDA BAUER

Belinda Bauer has been a licensed Illinois broker since 1978, selling residential real estate in Barrington for 32 years. After moving to Chicago in 2010, she made the switch to commercial real estate. She joined TAG because of their wonderful reputation in the business community. Over the years she has become well networked in the community and is happy to share that network with her clients.

 

Fun Fact: Belinda has a Master of Arts degree in 15th &16th Century British Literature and can discuss Chaucer’s Miller’s Tale with you while negotiating your lease!

Dan Porcaro has spent the past 25 years growing and developing companies.

 

From 1998 through 2012, Dan founded and ran Project Leadership Associates (PLA). PLA was a business and technology consulting firm headquartered in Chicago. PLA had five practice areas that include network integration, managed services, software development, business intelligence and business strategy. Starting from one employee, Dan grew PLA to 250 people, 50 million in revenue and 6 offices across the country. PLA was one of the most profitable, successful firms of its type in the country. PLA also had a ten year period where voluntary turnover was less than 2%. Additionally, Dan is proud to say that PLA never lost money in any month of its existence.
