My name is Kara Kennedy and I am the Executive Director of Lumity. We are a not-for-profit that works with other not-for-profits to help them with their IT systems. True to our expectations, Bill found us a beautiful, historical building in the heart of downtown Chicago that provided not only functional and extremely well lit space (it had window line on three sides), but the rate at $14.50 Gross with 7 months of free rent was by far the most affordable we had hoped to find. Bill also negotiated a moving allowance and a turn-key build-out from the landlord so Lumity will face no out of pocket expenses in relocating or setting up new office space. In all, Bill will be saving us almost 73% in the first year and 34% in each successive year!
