Once we decided to merge our practice with another in our organization, the deal he negotiated delivered a savings to our practice of almost $300,000 as well as brand new space built out by the landlord. For the practice we merged with, his negotiations saved them over $100,000 in addition to 4 months free rent. Working with Bill and his team was an enjoyable process.
