Sandy Macaluso

Sandy Macaluso joined Tenant Advisory Group as an Executive Vice President in June 2025. A licensed broker since 2005, she has represented tenants, landlords, and institutional partners throughout her career.

Her industry expertise, strategic thinking, and dedication to building strong relationships have solidified her reputation as a trusted advisor. Most recently, Sandy provided leasing and asset management services across more than 7 million square feet of office, medical, and retail properties—consistently delivering superior outcomes through her depth of experience and practical, applied knowledge.

In previous roles, Sandy led agency leasing teams across 20 commercial and medical properties located in downtown Chicago and surrounding submarkets, while also providing tenant representation services across multiple markets. Her institutional experience spans the full lifecycle of a property—from pre-acquisition and repositioning to lease-up and the disposition of stabilized assets.

Sandy earned her Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University. An Illinois native, she resides in Lincoln Square with her husband and son.
