Our process

Whether finding your first commercial space or renegotiating a long-term lease, the task can seem daunting. TAG makes the leasing process easy. Here is what you can expect when you work with us:
  • We first get an understanding of your unique business needs, including budget, location, type, size, and space quality. We then present suitable options and set up tours of the properties you like best.
  • We submit RFPs that aim to meet all your requirements. A financial analysis is run examining the impact of the landlord’s response, and we submit counter proposals until we achieve your goals.
  • Once your lease is secured, we coordinate with architects and/or contractors to help create your ideal space. We will also refer a qualified real estate attorney to review the lease and coordinate any legal negotiations.
  • TAG will introduce additional service vendors to further streamline the leasing process, including furniture suppliers, movers, phone & data technicians and insurance brokers.
