Brian Cowell is the Executive Vice President for Tenant Advisory Group and licensed Commercial Broker. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and calls the western suburbs of Chicago his home. Brian spent many years traveling the USA and around the globe as a business development executive in the high tech manufacturing industry before deciding to start a successful sales consulting firm. Several of his consulting clients required Brian’s help with relocating their manufacturing business into a larger property as a result of sales growth. While helping his clients identify the perfect location and “quarterbacking” all the steps and details, Brian discovered that commercial real estate was a great fit for his skills of creating effective solutions and successful outcomes for his clients.
Since that time, Brian has helped many tenants and business owners lease, buy and sell commercial properties that closely aligned with their needs and allowed them to get to the next level. His clients appreciate his responsiveness, attention to detail and integrity, while trusting him to truly listen to what is important for their business.

He writes about his extensive business experiences which successfully engineered, developed and manufactured cutting edge technology for world class companies such as Amazon, Nike, Motorola, Apple, Microsoft and many others. Brian has skillfully blended a high level of commitment to excellence earned from these experiences to confidently benefit his commercial real estate clients as he helps them achieve their real estate goals.
