We had been working with another broker to sublease our space for over a year with minimal results. In fact, the most interest we received on the space was from a client represented by Tenant Advisory Group. I met with TAG and gave them an opportunity to represent us for the sublease. TAG used different and additional techniques than our former broker to generate interest and immediately we had significant traffic coming through to see the space. Within 2 months, we had a subtenant agreeing to take the entire space for the remainder of our lease term. I was in awe of how quickly and effectively TAG was able to start getting a recovery on this space for me. TAG has since assisted me in multiple markets and they continue to bring the same integrity, responsiveness and strong work ethic for every location we have.
