My name is Paul Pagel and I am the Founder & CEO of 8th Light, a custom software design firm. We have worked with Bill and his team a few times before in other cities and our Chicago lease was coming due. We wanted to explore all of our options from downsizing in current building, to coworking space to our own space whether spec or requiring a buildout in a different location. After reviewing all our options, we ultimately ended up finding a space within our current building that allowed us out of our larger lease early to achieve some savings, and got a great new deal on a space that was much more efficient in size for our needs.
