I met Bill Himmelstein many years ago through the Small Business Advisory Council, and my husband and I knew just whom to call when it was time to look for space for our retail business. We were thrilled with the amount of time and effort displayed by Tenant Advisory Group as we searched for the perfect space. Our broker, Cathy, listened to what we were looking for and found properties that were within our budget. If I was interested in a space, I would text the address to her and she would immediately send us information on it. When I wanted updated surveys, Cathy sent them over without a delay. Not only was Cathy responsive to my requests, but she worked diligently and patiently over the course of the nearly two years that we were out looking! Ultimately, we found a space that is smaller than what we had originally planned for, but it works great for our needs and we are paying 50% of our original budget! We really enjoyed working with TAG and appreciate all of their hard work to get this done. They are tremendous!
