I’m Michael Millhouse, President and CEO of BridgePoint Technologies. Bill and I first met through an investment banker at Sikich. We were subleasing our space and the term was about to expire. We still really loved the space and we were hoping to negotiate a deal directly with the Landlord to stay. Tina and Bill worked diligently to make this happen and achieve a great deal. They pushed to get us 6 months of free rent on a 5-year lease term, a lower rental rate than what was initially offered, and many tenant improvements covered by the Landlord. The improvements included new paint, fixing the A/C issues in our server room, adding a keyless card entry system to the space, and adding additional electric/data ports to our open workspace. We were thrilled with the work TAG did and continue to be great networking partners with them as well.
