My name is Patrick Sullivan and I am the CFO of Brilliant, a staffing and recruiting firm. One of our investors and board members had known Bill for a long time and we decided to reach out when our Chicago lease was coming due. Because of Covid, we did not have as many team members coming into the office and we wanted to save some money by downsizing prior to our lease expiration. Ultimately, we ended up finding a space down the hall in our current building that allowed us out of our larger lease early to achieve some savings, and got a great new deal on a space that was much more efficient in size for our needs. The new build out was paid for by the landlord and we will get to move into our smaller space before our current lease expiration. We were able to right size our space and achieve significant savings. We enjoyed working with TAG and were impressed with their knowledge of the process and ability to secure us business terms that exceeded our leverage.
