I run a CPA firm in the Chicago suburbs. I’ve known Bill Himmelstein for years as a networking partner supportive of my business. We also worked with Tina & Bill from Tenant Advisory Group on our previous lease and were very pleased with their work. Naturally, when our lease expiration was approaching, we reached back out to TAG. Our current space had become inefficient for our needs and we believed we needed a better layout to accommodate more team members. There was an option in our building to move or expand that we were considering, but then TAG found us a spec suite in another building that was much more efficient. It was smaller, yet had more workstations, which was great on both accounts to save us lots of money. The space came fully furnished at a rental rate that was $3 per square foot less than our previous space! TAG also got us some free rent and a low security deposit. We were able to sign the deal and move quickly.
