We worked with Tina Kearney and Bill Himmelstein for our last lease renewal, and were thrilled with the results. However, after spending several years in the same space, it was time for a change. The office no longer functioned the way we needed it to. Tina helped us find many options to explore, including much larger spaces, different types of buildings, spec suites and even other spaces in our current building. Ultimately, we decided that we would stay and remodel our existing space due to its desirable location near the trains. Tina was able to get us access to the amenities in a sister building for conferencing needs. We were also able to give up a little bit of our unused space and create a fresh, more efficient office for our team.
