We liked our location in the west loop but were thrilled to move into a nicer building close by with great amenities like a bike room, tenant lounge and outdoor roof terrace. TAG helped us get fresh new tech space that was far more functional for our needs. For our 6,811 square foot lease, we were originally offered 5 months of abatement at a rate of $33/sf along with $35/sf worth of tenant improvement allowance. TAG negotiated an incredible deal which ended up with 7 months of abatement at a rate of $30.50/sf and a full turnkey space build out in accordance with our needs worth over $60/sf! We are delighted with our new space and have always enjoyed our relationship with TAG.
