I was introduced to Tenant Advisory Group via Bill Himmelstein by a trusted advisor of mine. Knowing the referral came from a credible referral source, I had set high expectations for their team. They exceeded my expectations tremendously. Our company had a very unusual requirement, as we desired the type of space that was exclusive and not yet on the market. TAG was able to use their expertise and knowledge of the market to find us the perfect space! Our main objective was to have a contemporary, trendy, exclusive space and TAG helped us find just that! The sublease, once it actually came on the market, was originally listed in the far higher than where we settled the deal. However, TAG knew of the opportunity prior to it going on the market and we had the first crack at the negotiations. Bill and his team were able to bring the rate down to over 25% below market rates. Overall my experience with Tenant Advisory Group was a home run. They are professional, responsive, acted with integrity, and last but not least they always made me feel they had my best interests in mind. I could not have dreamed of a better real estate experience and I will definitely spread the word to all of my professional contacts!
