My name is David Doerge and I was the President and CEO of Doerge Capital Management. My firm had hired Bill Himmelstein of Tenant Advisory Group, LLC to help us dispose of our office space. Not only was Bill able to find a subtenant willing to pay what we were asking, but he also negotiated for the building to take the subtenant on as a direct tenant.
