My name is Brett Gitskin and am the President of ECS Midwest, LLC an ENR 500 engineering consulting firm in the loop. I was first introduced to Bill Himmelstein by our commercial banker, whom I trust. After meeting, Bill invited me to a number of both fun and educational events with opportunities to meet potential clients and other great networking partners. When it was time to look into what to do with our soon-to-be expiring office lease, we naturally turned to Tenant Advisory Group. TAG was incredibly responsive and overall excellent to work with. TAG provided us with several similar options in other buildings within the Loop. After completing our review of these alternate spaces and considering all of our options, we determined that our best option was to renew/extend our existing lease. From the initial proposal to the final terms, TAG’s negotiating savvy secured us a $2 per square foot drop in the rental rate, improvements to refresh the space, 4 months of free rent on a 3 year term, and we only had to put down 1 month’s rent for a security deposit, which we were told is the lowest they’ve ever seen. We are thrilled with our space, and our tenant rep brokers.
