We are a not-for-profit social welfare organization that was connected to Bill Himmelstein through a trusted advisor of ours. Bill offered to help our organization secure some free rent, and all we had to do was add that same number of months back into our leasing term. We were surprised and impressed that the Tenant Advisory Group team was able to essentially get something for nothing. They did it without taking a commission and with the intent of solidifying our future relationship. As a matter of fact, they have already made introductions for us to some individuals that will be beneficial for our organization.
