My business provides authentic game show experiences for the masses. We already had several locations around the country, and reached out to Tenant Advisory Group for help with opening our first location in the Chicagoland area. Tina helped us look at quite a number of spaces until we finally found the right one. The location was great and it had the parking we needed. We secured a great base rental rent with concessions, and the deal closed quickly and smoothly. We look forward to opening for business in our newest location.
