My name is Cheryl Wellman and I am the President of Integrity Metals. I had some difficulties with my business partner which led to an unfortunate lease situation with my Landlord.  We were introduced to Bill by our advisor who said he and his team would take great care of us. Boy were they right! Immediately Bill reached out to me to get a better understanding of the difficult situation I was in and had ideas about how he could help me and my business. He made me feel comfortable that I finally had someone who was looking out for my best interests. Bill and his team who were equally as experienced and adept at handling my delicate situation, ultimately found us the perfect warehouse/office location for our business, and at a fraction of the cost of what we have been currently paying. Because of their efforts, our business was literally saved from going under. We owe them a debt of gratitude for all the hard work and dedication they showed in fighting on our behalf, finding the perfect space, and negotiating an incredible deal and all during a world-wide pandemic. The entire TAG team really showed what the experience should be like when engaging with a commercial real estate broker and we are grateful for all their support.
