I am Dr. Kati Wax, Founder of Lincoln Park Psychology, Inc. I was referred to Cathy Jama at TAG by a former client of Cathy’s who raved about the work she did. Initially, Cathy spent time educating me on the real estate process and answering all the questions I had, even though at the time, I didn’t have a need for office space. Several months later I felt it was time for me to move forward and obtain office space for my practice and I reached back out to Cathy. We toured many spaces and even submitted a proposal on one, but when the buildout costs came back too high, we decided to continue looking. Once again Cathy spent ample time and effort finding additional properties for us to look at. This time it paid off, as she found a space that not only worked from a square footage perspective for future growth, but also from an economic perspective.
