LUMITY

My name is Kara Kennedy and I am the Executive Director of Lumity. We are a not-for-profit that works with students and young adults to give them access to STEM programs and careers. We have been long time clients of Tenant Advisory Group and have used them for several lease transactions over the years. We have been incredibly satisfied with each one. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to work with Cathy Jama, in the past, she was a fantastic partner! Within just a few days of reaching out, we were touring through spaces and because of Cathy’s responsiveness and follow-through, we were able to find a space that worked after a prior one fell through. In addition, she was able to negotiate terms and review the lease all within 2 months which allowed us to move into the space shortly thereafter. This must have been a record! We were especially excited about the space we ultimately landed in because it was already built out ideally for our use. Also, Cathy was able to negotiate the rental rate down $4 per square foot from asking which saves us ~$27,000 per year from our last office space. We are delighted with the new space for our business and once again, TAG has come through to expertly support Lumity’s commercial real estate needs.
