Tenant Advisory Group has worked on a number of leases with our Unified Women’s Healthcare network of Obstetric & Gynecologist offices. Dr. Jelcz was in a building with bad management. The elevators were always down causing patients to have to take the stairs. The space was too small and dated. Tenant Advisory Group found a new building that agreed to turnkey a new buildout to give us the extra exam rooms we needed at a lower PSF cost than we were paying. The new building has easy and convenient parking options for our patients. TAG was very enjoyable to work with and always super responsive. They worked hard to find us the right space and negotiate the best possible deal terms. We are excited to get a fresh new space that will better accommodate our needs.
