Tenant Advisory Group has worked on a number of leases with our Unified Women’s Healthcare network of Obstetric & Gynecologist offices over the last 15 years. My practice group was in a building with unacceptable management and many issues. The elevators were frequently under repair causing patients to have to take the stairs. Our space was too small and we had been there for a long time. Tenant Advisory Group found a great property that agreed to buildout a brand new space for us which gave us the extra exam rooms we needed. The new space came with a price per square foot that was lower than our previous building and had more amenities. The new building has much more convenient parking options for our patients. TAG was wonderful to work with and always put our best interests first. They worked hard to find us the right space and negotiate the best possible deal terms. We are excited to get a fresh new space that will better accommodate our needs.
