My name is Renita White and I am the Founding and Executive Director of a nonprofit organization that was looking for office space. We were initially introduced to Bill Himmelstein at Tenant Advisory Group by one of our board members. Bill’s team member Cathy Jama was a wonderful resource throughout our space search. After submitting proposals to two different buildings that either did not want our use or prioritized another tenant, Cathy proactively found us space in a property that wasn’t even listed on the CoStar real estate database. While we really liked the space, both the agent and owner were challenging to work with which led to additional work falling on Cathy’s shoulders, but she handled it with ease and grace. Cathy was able to secure the space at a rental rate within our budget and got the Landlord to cover the majority of the costs for painting and installing new floors throughout the space. On top of that, she found an attorney who agreed to review our lease for free! I am extremely pleased with the work Cathy accomplished for us and I’ve now hired her to help me find office space for my other company.
