It was recommended that I reach out to Tenant Advisory Group when we were looking for space for our new automation company, as my partner has a long-standing relationship with Bill Himmelstein, and has worked with TAG before for a different business. It was important for us to be in a specific location in Chicago so that we could be surrounded by similar companies to collaborate with. We toured both sale and lease options and Tina found us a few different things that worked. Ultimately, we decided a lease made the most sense. We moved forward with a great flex space, in our desired area that had excellent existing conditions and the ideal amount of term to support our future growth plans. We were very pleased with this process and the results.
