Bill had a client of similar size to us that had recently gone through the process and was looking at similar properties. Bill and Tina found us over 7,500 sqft of brand new space at a building that is better managed than our previous one, and at a lower psf cost, with not only a full turnkey buildout but $10 psf for moving and relocation costs. They were able to improve on very aggressive deal terms that were offered, dropping the rate by $4psf from the initial offer and getting 7 months of free rent on a 7 year term. We are really happy with this transaction and our new space.
