I was in a situation where I needed a new space for my Med Spa, as quickly as possible. Carrie McCormick, one of the top residential real estate brokers in the city, referred me to her go-to commercial brokerage firm, Tenant Advisory Group. Bill and Tina served as advisors to me, as my current building was not providing the services needed to run my business. TAG worked quickly, and uncovered many good options. I wanted something with a “wow” factor. They found me a great space in a new construction building. It is a corner unit with lots of big windows, tall ceilings, and parking, in a great location. The price was below budget and TAG was able to get the deal done very quickly so that I could start building out the space and move in on time. I can’t wait for everyone to see my beautiful new space.
