We love the building and space so much that when we realized we were outgrowing it, we came to TAG to help see if the building could find a way to accommodate our growth. It turned out the space adjacent to us was available. TAG negotiated for an expansion but not for us to have to extend any term, and for the rental rate in the new space to match our current rent.
