My name is Ron Mitchell, the CEO of Virgil. I met Tina Crnkovich from Tenant Advisory Group when I was out looking for space on my own and Tina was representing a sublease. I didn’t end up taking the sublease, but I did engage Tina to find us our next space. After she did such a great job being responsive, following through, and getting us a great deal, when that lease expired I was thrilled to work with her again. We were growing, this time needing just under 5,000 square feet. Tina found us a great space, negotiating a full turnkey brand new buildout, plus $3/sf for us to use for wiring. We especially love this space because it is on a brand new amenity floor next to the tenant lounge which we plan to use as an extension of our space. We couldn’t be happier with the work Tina did.
